Q. When will I receive my item(s)?
A.
In most cases, your item will be dispatched within 1 working after payment confirmed Delivery can take up to 10 working days, although in most cases is much quicker than this. For Customers buying with Full payment, the goods are despatched on receipt of the full payment. For Customers buying on Hire Purchase, Goods are despatched once the documents are complete and Deposit received.
   
Q. Do you offer a drop-shipping service?

YES. We offer this service at no extra cost to anyone who's interested - no TAX or ABN is required. To dropship items to different customers and addresses, A special instruction from customer will be required.

No, Only thru Paypal, Credit Card Visa Card, Mastercard and Debit Card, Bank Deposit(in Australia) and Western Union.

Q. Installment Payment Method
A.
Installment Payments in USA can be made by Credit Card (recurring Payment) and in Australia it can be either Credit card payment or weekly Direct Debit Payment. Goods will be be despatched untill the required documents are finalised.
   
Q. Steps to Follow Towards Credit Approval
A.
No credit check is done, approval is normally done if you have the ability to Pay deposit and make weekly or Monthly Payment. You MUST be the resident of USA, Canada, New Zealand or Australia.

If you buying on hire purchase , ID is compulsory, Goods will be sent to the address shown on the ID or any legal documents.

A. YES. All of our prices are inclusive of SALES TAX / GST
   
Q. I don't have a credit card, can I still purchase from you?

YES. We offer PayPal or Western Union, which will allow you to submit payment directly from your bank account. You can read more about these payment methods below "What is BPAY?" "What is PayPal?". Alternatively, Money Order and Bank Cheque are also accepted.
   
Q. Why don't you provide a contact phone number?

Becuase of overwhelming demand in the products, we are unable to provide phone support as we are an on online-based Retail and Finance company and can assist you better via email. You can contact us via email. If you can kindly list any questions or concerns you may have and include the order number, and your current email address, this will ensure a quicker response. We do endeavour to reply to messages we receive within 48 hours on weekdays, in most cases

Q. Warranty

All goods come with warranty, Normally between 3 months to 1 Year. You have to organise the send the goods to our warehouse in USA and Australia. Goods sold thru auction only has 3 months Warranty.
